Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
Their team got in touch with me looking to develop their
business with a new brand identity and a landing page to bolster their social media presence.
High Intensity Interval Training evokes a sense of rigorous activity; it's tempting to go for bold,
fluorescent motifs. In QLD's over-crowded personal-training industry, this strategy has been employed
time and time again - it no longer stands out.
I opted for a reserved, professional palette as a point of difference, and a welcome sign to Fostering
Fitness's target demographic - the new-comer.
